2）本套全自動(dòng)去皮機(jī)可以在將魷魚(yú)內(nèi)臟,、魷魚(yú)耳去掉后進(jìn)行整筒去皮,；

3）本套全自動(dòng)去皮機(jī)的工作流程是：將去耳、去內(nèi)臟后的魷魚(yú)倒進(jìn)上料機(jī)中,，通過(guò)上料機(jī)自動(dòng)給去皮機(jī)上料,，魷魚(yú)筒通過(guò)去皮機(jī)后，去好皮的魷魚(yú)筒自動(dòng)滑落到指定位置,，魷魚(yú)皮通過(guò)過(guò)濾板過(guò)濾出來(lái),；

4）本套全自動(dòng)去皮機(jī)所用工藝水為循環(huán)用水，大大節(jié)約了常規(guī)人工去皮機(jī)去皮時(shí)水的用量,；

5）本套全自動(dòng)去皮機(jī)無(wú)需人員操作,，只需根據(jù)魷魚(yú)品種,、大小設(shè)定好速度后即可，大大節(jié)約了車(chē)間人員的配備,；

1.This automatic peeling machine is designed based on domestic and foreign advanced products, coupled with extensive experience of the company on squid processing and long-term tests; 

2.This automatic peeling machine is able to peel squid skin as  a whole after removing squid viscera/arms;

3.Working process of automatic peeling machine: dumping squids without arms and viscera to the feeding machine, which automatically feed for the peeling machine. Peeled squids will automatically fall into designated place. Squid skin will be filtered out via filter plate; 

4.This automatic peeling machine uses circulating water, so that a large amount of water is saved compared with manual peeling; 

5.This automatic peeling machine, without manual operation, is able to run with speed set according to squid type and size, so that a large number of labor is saved;

6.This automatic peeling machine is a set of machine, which runs after connecting power and water and installation is not required. 

7.All materials used for this automatic peeling machine meet food hygiene requirements. SUS 304 materials are used for the frame and water tank. Main parts are made of imported stainless steel;
